This policy covers the contact form on this site. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, a contact channel (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and an optional message, plus the page you sent it from and the site language.

Why

For one purpose: to reply to your inquiry about Bali property. We do not send marketing emails without a separate, explicit opt-in, and we never sell or share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.

Where it goes

Your inquiry is delivered to our team's private messaging channel and, once our CRM is live, stored there so we do not lose your conversation history. Anti-bot verification on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights

Write to us through any listed contact and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
